About Andreia Rodrigues

My name is Andreia Rodrigues. I am a property consultant with a background in psychology and a deeply people-centred approach to strategy and negotiation. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, specialising in Organisational, Social and Occupational Psychology, from the University of Porto, and I am a full member of the Portuguese Psychologists’ Association. This training has given me a solid foundation in communication, human behaviour, decision-making and negotiation — skills that I apply on a daily basis when working with property owners and buyers. My experience in the property sector includes client acquisition, market research, client support, marketing, negotiation and closing deals. I believe that every property and every client requires a bespoke strategy. That is why I work with rigour, a personal touch and attention to detail, seeking to understand not only the property, but also the objectives, motivations and expectations of everyone involved in each decision. My work combines market knowledge, strategic analysis, communication and personalised support, with a particular focus on domestic and international clients. My aim is to provide close, transparent and professional support, from the initial assessment right through to the completion of the transaction.
